ArcSign is a free USB cold wallet application. It stores your private keys on a USB drive instead of your computer's hard drive, dramatically reducing the risk of theft by malware.
ArcSign supports multiple blockchains (Ethereum, BSC, Polygon, etc.) and lets you securely connect to various dApps via WalletConnect.
The biggest difference is where private keys are stored:
• MetaMask stores private keys on your computer's hard drive, where any malware with file access can steal them
• ArcSign stores private keys on a USB drive — unplug it and it becomes a cold wallet; attackers cannot access files that don't exist on the computer
No, ArcSign is an "enhanced software wallet". The core difference is that private keys are stored on USB rather than a computer's hard drive — unplug the USB and hackers cannot access them. However, signing still happens on the computer and cannot achieve the complete isolation of a hardware wallet.
Positioning: More secure than MetaMask, cheaper than a hardware wallet (free). For large long-term holdings, we recommend using ArcSign alongside a hardware wallet.

Most importantly: your private keys never leave your USB drive and are never transmitted to any server. Unplug the USB and hackers cannot access your private keys.
ArcSign provides two backup methods:
• Mnemonic backup: Write down your 12 or 24 seed words on paper and store multiple copies in different locations. Even if the USB is damaged, you can recover your assets using the seed phrase in ArcSign or any BIP39-compatible wallet.
• Encrypted file backup: Copy the wallet folder from the USB to another USB or safe location. The files are already encrypted and can only be used by someone who knows the password. This method is more convenient and you don't need to worry about seed phrase exposure.
ArcSign does not store your password, so we cannot reset it for you. However, if you have backed up your seed phrase, you can use it to re-import your wallet and set a new password.
This is why we repeatedly emphasize the importance of backing up your seed phrase.
Some scammers airdrop fake tokens to your wallet to lure you into clicking malicious websites. ArcSign will automatically hide these suspicious tokens, displaying only known legitimate tokens.
You can always choose to view the filtered tokens.
WalletConnect is an open protocol that lets your wallet securely connect to various dApps (such as Uniswap, OpenSea, PancakeSwap).
It's simple to use: on the dApp select "WalletConnect" as the connection method, then paste the connection link in ArcSign. All transactions are confirmed in ArcSign, keeping your private keys safe.
ArcSign supports all mainstream dApps via WalletConnect, including but not limited to:
• DEX: Uniswap, PancakeSwap, SushiSwap
• NFT: OpenSea, Blur, LooksRare
• DeFi: Aave, Compound, Lido
Any dApp that supports WalletConnect can be used with ArcSign.
Currently completely free! You only need to pay the blockchain network's Gas Fee.
In the future we will launch a "Smart Routing" feature integrating more aggregators to automatically find the best trade path. This feature will charge a fixed low fee (not percentage-based), much cheaper than other software wallets that charge 0.5%~1% transaction fees.
The existing basic Swap feature will remain free.

Pro membership exists as an NFT on the BSC chain. After purchase, the NFT is minted to your wallet address.
This means your membership is a digital asset that truly belongs to you — it can be transferred, sold, or kept. Each NFT adds 3 wallet slots (1 NFT = 4 total wallets).
In the ArcSign application:
1. Go to "Settings" → "Membership"
2. Choose the number of NFTs to purchase
3. Complete payment using USDT (BSC)
4. NFT will be automatically minted to your wallet
